Refund policy

eturn window: You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
Eligibility: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the condition you received them. Proof of purchase (your order number) is required.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items: Email Mannsdillon12@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund, and you will not pay return shipping.
Change-of-mind returns: Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
How to start a return: Email Mannsdillon12@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will reply with return instructions and a return address. Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as unauthorized returns cannot be processed.
Refunds: After we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm. Approved refunds go to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
Late or missing refunds: Check your bank account again first, then contact your card company, as processing can take time. If you still have not received your refund, email Mannsdillon12@gmail.com.
Order cancellations: Contact us within 12 hours of placing your order and we will cancel it if it has not yet shipped.
