Shipping policy

Where we ship: We ship worldwide.
Processing time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship the next business day.
Shipping options and rates:
United States: Standard shipping is $8.00 (free on orders of $70 or more). Express shipping is $12.99.
International (all other countries): International Standard shipping is a flat $19.99 per order.
Delivery time:
United States: Standard orders typically arrive within 7–14 business days after processing. Express orders typically arrive within 4–7 business days after processing.
International: Orders typically arrive within 14–28 business days after processing. Some destinations may take longer.
Because items ship from partner warehouses, one order may arrive in more than one package, and packages may ship from different locations. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Customs processing and local carrier delays are outside our control.
Customs, duties, and taxes (international orders): Your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees charged by your country. These charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in your purchase price or shipping cost. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please check with your local customs office before ordering. If you refuse to pay or accept a package because of customs charges, it may be returned or abandoned, and we are not able to refund the cost of the original order or shipping.
Tracking: You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order ships. Tracking may take up to 48 hours to update, and international tracking may not update continuously while in transit.
Lost or delayed packages: If your tracking has not updated in 10 days, or your order has not arrived within 7 days after the estimated delivery window, email Mannsdillon12@gmail.com and we will work with the carrier to resolve it.
Incorrect addresses: Please double-check your complete address at checkout, including postal code and phone number where requested. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address you provided. If you notice a mistake, contact us right away.
Restricted destinations: We cannot ship to some locations because of carrier restrictions or applicable laws. If we cannot deliver to your address, we will contact you and refund your order.
Taxes: Sales tax and VAT are calculated at checkout where required.
